CPC leadership holds meeting to deliberate reports

The Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee held a meeting on Thursday to deliberate three reports.

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, presided over the meeting.

Among the reports was a comprehensive report that was prepared after the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee heard and discussed the work reports from leading Party members groups of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the State Council, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuratorate, as well as from the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee.

A comprehensive report on the fourth round of disciplinary inspections launched by the 19th CPC Central Committee and a report on the key work of the central leading group in charge of disciplinary inspections in 2019 were also deliberated.
