After getting his first job in Chongqing, Gianluca Luisi, an Italian entrepreneur, fell in love with the city where hot and spicy food conquers all. "I'm actually involved 100-percent in promoting Chinese food all around the world," said Luisi, who now works in the food industry and is happy to see that almost every country has at least one hotpot restaurant.
