The death rate of coronavirus drops nationally

According to CCTV (China Central Television), the national death rate from novel coronavirus infections has dropped to 2% since Feb. 6th. in China.

In Hubei province (except Wuhan), the mortality rate has dropped to 1.3%. In Wuhan the rate dropped to 4.1%.

The decline correlates with the arrival of medical teams in Wuhan from across China. They are helping staff local hospitals treating coronavirus patients.

So far, there are 34,130 confirmed cases of 2019-nCoV in China with 719 deaths.
