Chinese, US presidents hold phone talk over DPRK issue

Chinese President Xi Jinping and his US counterpart Donald Trump discussed brewing issues in a phone call on Monday.

Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to a denuclearized Korean Peninsula, and discussed a range of other regional and bilateral issues of mutual interest, the White House said.

Trump also reiterated his determination to seek a more balanced trade relations with trading partners.
