River Seine overflows, new infection numbers stabilize in France

The River Seine in Paris is overflowing Thursday following days of heavy rain. Residents can be seen enjoying a break in the weather ahead of a 6pm curfew. The French government said Thursday that it would hold off from imposing a new COVID-19 lockdown, as new infection numbers have stabilized and a vaccination rollout is accelerating.
