New coronavirus cases fall in China, but global fears remain

The number of new cases of the novel coronavirus – now named Covid-19 – are flattening out in China, but global fears are still high.

In the UK, eight people have tested positive for the virus so far. One man linked to 11 coronavirus cases has spoken for the first time,

saying he had "fully recovered" from the illness.

But authorities are continuing to check other people he may have been in contact with.
