Small plane crashes into house in Massachusetts, fate of crew unknown

A small plane with three crew members crashed into a house in the southeastern Massachusetts town of Plainville on Sunday afternoon, local media said.

According to the U.S. TV network CBS News, the crash happened shortly before 5:00 p.m. on Sunday and the crash set the house on Bridle Path in Plainville engulfed in flames.

The U.S. Federal Aviation Authority described the plane as a Beechcraft BE36, heading to Norwood Memorial Airport from Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
