More and more U.S. states are easingpandemicrestrictions and allowing businesses to reopen. In Colorado, a month-long stay at home order has given way to a 'safer-at-home order' that's aimed at gradually restarting that state’s economy. CGTN's Hendrik Sybrandy reports.
