China’s military drill in Bohai Gulf was routine exercise

The military drill conducted by China’s air force was a routine exercise within the annual plan and wasn’t aimed at any particular country or target, Chinese Defense Ministry said on Wednesday, adding that the purpose was to improve the ability of the army to carry out tasks.

This remark came in response to reports of the Chinese military drill conducted in the Bohai Gulf early Tuesday.
