Authorities in east China's Zhejiang Province, Shanghai Municipality and Jiangsu Province have taken various precautionary measures against Typhoon In-Fa, which made its second landfall in Zhejiang's Pinghu City on Monday after hitting Zhoushan City on Sunday. Millions of people in the area have been transferred to safety.
