Leaders from the Group of Seven Nations are pledging to do more to getCOVID-19 vaccines to millions of people in developing countries.

The pledge comes after UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterrescalled the distribution of vaccines "wildly uneven and unfair."

China who is not a member of the G7 has sent its vaccines to more than 30 countries including Brazil, Hungary, Senegal and Zimbabwe and pledged 10 million doses to the global initiative known as COVAX.

But, that action has not come without some criticism as debated by a professor Klaus Larress and a Chinese professor Victor Gao on The Heat.
