Ten people went missing after a ship carrying coals capsized on Sunday night off the coast of Nghe An Province in Viet Nam, under the influence of the tropical storm Talas.

Of the 13 people on board the ship, three have been rescued.

Related departments are discussing how to carry out the rescue work.

There were no Chinese tourists on the ship, according to a CCTV reporter.

Search and rescue work is ongoing.
