KATHMANDU, Sept 2 – Nepal on Sunday defeated Singapore by 4 wickets in the ongoing Asia Cup Qualifiers played at UKM-YSD Cricket Oval, Bangi in Malaysia.
Singapore put up a total of 151 runs losing all its wickets.
Meanwhile, Nepal's Anil Sah scored 43 runs before being bowled by Karthikeyan Subramanian in 10.2 overs. Captain Paras Khadka, however, scored only 11 runs, and lost his wicket to Anantha Krisha in 13.2 overs. Subash Khakurel scored 14 runs.
Similarly, Gyanendra Malla and Dipendra Singh Airee made 29 and 33 runs respectively.
Sandeep Lamichhane and Lalit Rajbanshi too three wickets each while Sompal Kami claimed two and Basanta Regmi got one as well.
