Argentina's health workers received Russia’s Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine in the first phase of vaccination in Latin America’s third- largest economy.While some western scientists raisedconcerns about Russia's speed in developing a vaccine before clinical trials to test the safety and efficacy have been completed,health authorities remain hopeful it will enable them to avoid a second wave of infections.Joel Richards has this report.
