Xi congratulates Faure Essozimna Gnassingbe on re-election as president of Togo

Chinese President Xi Jinping has sent a congratulatory message to Faure Essozimna Gnassingbe for his re-election as Togolese president.

In the message dated March 3, Xi said he attaches great importance to the development of China-Togo relations, and stands ready to work with his Togolese counterpart to deepen political mutual trust and promote practical cooperation, so as to lift the friendly cooperative ties between the two countries to higher levels.
