World War I memorial unveiled in Washington after over 100 years

More than a century after the end of World War I, a memorial to theAmerican victims of “the Great War” is finally opening in Washington, D.C.

It comes as the country grapples with how to memorialize the more than 565,000victims of the coronavirus pandemic, a number that's rising every single day.
