One S. Korean soldier killed, six injured in explosion during army drill

One South Korean soldier was killed, six others injured in an explosion during an artillery drill near its border with the DPRK, Yonhap reported on Friday.

"An unidentified explosion took place during the drill, injuring some people," said an army official.

An investigation has been ordered into the cause of the incident.
