Italy defeated England in a penalty shootout to win the UEFA European Championship title after falling behind early. Judging by the performance of Gli Azzurri (the Blues), they are one of the most legit candidates to claim the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022.

On England's side, wasting the 1-0 lead from 1:57 was heartbreaking and so were some of manager Gareth Southgate's decisions. Nonetheless, England showed they have what it takes to compete for one of the top honors in the football world. All the "Three Lions" need is another chance on a similar stage.
