The United States on Wednesday announced rewards up to 3 million dollars each for information on three key figures of an alleged terrorist group in Turkey.

The State Department is trying to locate Musa Asoglu, Zerrin Sari and Seher Demir Sen, central committee members of the Revolutionary People's Liberation Party/Front (DHKP/C), a group branded as terrorist organization by both Washington and Ankara.

The agency said the group has targeted U.S. interests, including U.S. military and diplomatic personnel and facilities, NATO personnel and facilities, and Turkish targets since the 1990s.

In February 2013, a suicide bomber linked to the group attacked the U.S. embassy in Ankara, killing a Turkish security guard, the department said.
