Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and opposition Leader Tony Abbott will face off in their second televised debate of the federal election campaign in Brisbane on Wednesday evening, local media reported.

The two leaders will meet for a second election debate at a people's forum with 100 undecided voters at the Broncos Leagues Club in Brisbane at 6:30 p.m. (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Liberal Member of Parliament Josh Frydenberg and Labor's Ed Husic believe the second debate will be a "moment of truth" for the leaders.

Frydenberg said Rudd cheated in the first debate by using notes, which was against the rules."He's been dragged kicking and screaming into having this people 's forum, which was Tony Abbott's idea from the start of the campaign," Frydenberg told the Australian news channel Sky News.

Husic said the forum will be a moment of truth for Abbott.

"You can't get any answers whatsoever, other than them sticky- taping three-word slogans together, which doesn't make a platform for the government, it just makes for bunting for election day," Husic told Sky News.
