Teleconferencing software Zoom has confirmed a partial outage impacting video meeting and webinars on Monday.
According to the company's status page, the company has "identified the issue causing users to be unable to authenticate to the Zoom website and unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars, and we are working on a fix for this issue."
According to the website Down Detector, which collects social media complaints about service issues, the reports began shortly after noon in UK time.
Users in the UK and US appear to be complaining more often than others.
The outage appears to be only partial, with some users successfully managing to connect to scheduled Zoom meetings.
Customer support personnel staffing the company's Twitter account are telling those who can't that they sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
