ZamanAlWasl'sreportclaimedthepersonaldetailsof1,736fightersfrom40countrieshadbeenrevealed,showingthataquarterwereSaudisandtherestpredominantlyTunisian,MoroccanandEgyptian.

Thedocuments,writteninArabicandstampedwithlogosusedbytheso-calledIslamicState,allegedlycontaindetailsof16Britishfighters.

Inadditiontotheirnames,theformsshowprospectiveISISrecruitswereaskedtogivetheir"fightername"aswellastheir"mother'smaidenname".

Theywereaskedtolisttheir"levelofeducation","levelofShariaunderstanding"andwhethertheyhad"foughtbefore".

Potentialmembersofthegroupalsorevealedwhethertheyhad"specialskills"andwhat"role"theywouldtake,withapplicantsaskedtochooseiftheywantedtobeusedassuicidebombers,soldiersorinanotherrole.

Their"levelofobedience"isalsonotedontheformsand,chillingly,afieldisalsodesignatedfortheir"dateandplaceofdeath".Afinalfieldisleftfor"notes"aboutthecandidates.

AccordingtoSkyNewstheyincludeprominentnamesoffiguresalreadyknowntobemembers,suchasBritonsAbdelBaryfromLondon,JunaidHussainandReyaadKhanfromCardiff.
