Last year, the rate of African American homeownership in the United States dropped to an all-time low. African Americans often face discriminatory lending practices and have struggled to recover from the housing bust more than a decade ago. Jim Spellman reports on a company trying to change that as part of a CGTN series marking Black History Month.
