While the U.S. ismaking great strides in its COVID-19 vaccination campaign -- administering nearly 2.5 million doses each day, the process forgettingthose shots continues to be challenging for many Americans.

Confusion over when appointments are available and websites crashing due to high-demand arecommon. Across the country, local efforts have been launched to try to streamline the process.
