U.S. FDA panel votes in favor of Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine

A panel of outside advisers to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Thursday voted to endorse emergency use of Pfizer Inc's coronavirus vaccine.

The final voting tally was 17 in favor, four against and one abstention.
