Taliban: We welcome good relations with other countries

Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid held a press conference at the Kabul airport following the complete withdrawal of U.S. troops on Tuesday.

"Congratulations to Afghanistan... this victory belongs to us all," Mujahid said from the runway of the airport.

"We want to have good relations with the U.S. and the world. We welcome good diplomatic relations with them all," he added.
