Beijing to stage online freestyle youth basketball challenge event

Beijing will host a freestyle basketball challenge event for teenagers and kids online in the coming week, announced the Beijing Basketball Association on Tuesday.

The tournament will include six categories and will have no limitation for the number of registered participants, and challengers from other parts of China besides Beijing are also welcomed.

According to data from BBA, around 600 school children are taking regular freestyle basketball training, and the event will function as a platform for them to show their skills to a bigger audience.
