Xi Jinping chairs CPC leadership meeting and hears work reports

The Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee held a meeting on Thursdayto hear a series of work reports.

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

The reports were from leading Party members and groups of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the State Council, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee.
