Official: 'Patriots governing HK' key to 'One Country, Two Systems'

Xia Baolong, the director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, said on Monday that "patriots governing Hong Kong" is core to ensuring the "One Country, Two Systems" policy continues to operate effectively.

Xia made the remarks via video link during the opening ceremony of a seminar at which improving "One Country, Two Systems" was discussed.
