Are you having trouble avoiding your glasses fogging up when you wear a face mask? We may have some tips to help.

Gordon Kyle, an optometrist atMiller and McClure Opticians in Glasgow, Scotland, wears glasses himselfand wantedto help not just himself but everyone else having the same issue.

So here are his top three tips:

1. Glasses on top of the mask

Glasses tend to fog up more when the glasses are sat behind the mask. Moving them in front of the mask will take away some of the fogging.

2.Tissue paper under the mask

Place a small piece of tissue paper under the top area of the face mask. By reducing the upward flow of the warmth from your breath, this will reduce the fogging.

3. Make the face mask secure

"Tie a knot on the mask, so that it makes it almost like a little package," said Kyle. By tightening the mask, the knot will help to further reduce the fogging.
