Biden speaks to divided Congress at State of the Union

U.S. President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address was a speech dominated by domestic issues.

The president touted what he saw as his legislative and economic successes halfway through his term and setting the tone for his yet-unannounced bid for re-election.

While using the rhetoric of bipartisanship, he didn't shrink from taking on his political rivals.
