Chinese, Indian border troops start disengagement on Feb. 10

The Chinese and Indian frontline troops along thesouthern and northern sides of Pangong Tso Lake start synchronized and organized disengagement from February 10, said Wu Qian, Chinese defense ministry spokesperson, on Wednesday.
