Xi extends condolences to Ukrainian, Iranian presidents over air crash

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday sent a message of condolence to Ukrainian PresidentVolodymyr Zelensky and Iranian PresidentHassanRouhani over the deadly plane crash in Iran.

A Boeing 737 plane operated by Ukraine International Airlines crashed on Wednesday shortly after takeoff from Tehran's main airport, killing all 176 people on board.
