Envoy, acting VP of Myanmar's civilian government charged with treason

Myanmar's military on Tuesday charged the international envoy of Myanmar and the acting vice-president of Myanmar's civilian government with treason for encouraging a civil disobedience campaign, Myanmar's State Administration Council said in a statement.
