Thai minister extends Spring Festival greetings to Chinese people

Thai Minister of Culture Ittipol Khunpluem sent Spring Festival greetings to the Chinese people in a video message on Saturday.

He extended his best wishes in both Mandarin and Thai languages.

The Chinese Lunar New Year was declared an official holiday in Thailand last year in December.
