The luxury car business in Venezuela is booming.

Dealerships are selling imported cars from Mexico, Italy, Japan, and the ROK to an elite segment of the population with access to tens of thousands of dollars as most Venezuelans are running into obstacles, just trying to put their old cars into drive.
