Demonstrators took to the streets on Saturday in several U.S. cities to protest hate and violence targeted at Asian Americans that has been on the rise across the country over the past several months.

The rally, "Unity Against Hate," was launched by the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association (APAPA), calling for more people to speak out against the hate directed at Asian Americans.
