NASA’s Mars 2020 Perseverance rover takes a drive!

NASA’s Mars 2020 Perseverance rover took its first drive on Mars Thursday, in a 21.3 foot mobility test. The drive is just one of many milestones the team will reach as they calibrate systems, subsystems and instruments to prepare the rover for regular commutes on the Martian terrain of 656 feet or more.
