CMG urges DPP to stop threatening Taiwan artists

A spokesperson for China Media Group (CMG) on Friday urged Taiwan's Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) authority to stop threatening Taiwan artists and actually improve cross-strait relations.

Asked by a reporter over Taiwan artists being threatened by DPP of "violating laws" for appearing in a new series of programs by CMG, the spokesperson said that the historical trend of exchanges andintegrationacross theTaiwanStrait could not be stopped by anyone or any force.
