Three killed, six missing in ship collision in waters off E China

At least three people were killed and six others went missing after two cargo ships collided in the waters off Pingtan County, east China's Fujian Province on Saturday.

The incident took place at around 5:30 a.m. local time. As of 1:00 p.m. four people have been rescued.

A total of 13 people are believed to have been aboard the vessels.

Search and rescue operations are still underway.
