Myanmar's military-appointed foreign minister is in Thailand for talks with its Indonesian and Thai counterparts on efforts to resolve a crisis over Myanmar's takeover.
This is the first foreign trip for the minister, Wunna Maung Lwin, since Myanmar's State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi, President U Win Myint and some other senior figures were detained by the military on February 1.
Indonesian Foreign Ministry said they are in "intensive" communication with the Myanmar army.
