Seven killed as building collapses in Sri Lankan capital

**COLOMBO, Feb. 14 (APD) ** – Seven people were killed on Wednesday after a building collapsed in the Sri Lankan capital Colombo, the Police said.

The Police said that the building had collapsed in the Grandpass area in Colombo.

The Police said that the partially constructed building collapsed resulting in deaths and injuries.

The Colombo General Hospital said that seven people were killed in the accident.

Among those killed were three women.
