Universities around the U.S. are facing difficult decisions for the upcoming academic year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Some schools are moving classes online and others are considering hybrid options. But these universities are still facing economic fallout because of the virus.

In the case of the University of Cincinnati, school officials decided to cut the men's soccer program.

Sam Robinson, a former UC soccer player, found himself and his teammates in the middle of an important decision, stay at UC or transfer?

Robinson decided to transfer to the University of Northern Kentucky, so he can continue to play soccer and eventually go pro.

Although he'll have to make a few adjustments for the new year, Robinson is back to training and says he's excited to get to know his new teammates.
