Russia could return to Open Skies Treaty if U.S. reverses exit

Russia could consider suspending its domestic procedure withdrawing from theOpen Skies Treaty if the United States reconsider its decision to withdraw from the treaty, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Thursday.
