DPRK: Seoul's offer to improve ties 'lacks sincerity'

Foreign ministers from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and the Republic of Korea met on Sunday, Yonhap News Agency has reported, adding that the DPRK minister claimed that Seoul's offer to improve ties "lacks sincerity."

The two ministers met on the sidelines of a string of meetings hosted by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in the Philippine capital of Manila.
