Typhoon Cempaka hits S China's Guangdong Province

Cempaka, the seventh typhoon of the year, centered in the coastal waters about 90 kilometers southeast of Yangjiang City in Guangdong Province early in the morning on July 20. The maximum wind near the center reached scale 13 out of the 17-scaled national wind force standard.
