6.4-magnitude quake hits 57km WNW of Tonopah, Nevada -- USGS

An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.4 jolted 57km WNW of Tonopah, Nevada at 4:03 local time on Friday (1103 GMT), the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 7.6 km, was initially determined to be at 38.1687 degrees north latitude and 117.8785 degrees west longitude.
