Despite the stay-at-home order in New York, shoppers have been flocking to outdoor markets during the COVID-19 pandemic. The so called 'greenmarkets', where local, small food producers sell their goods, have made changes to allow people to get groceries while maintaining social distancing. But health experts warn the virus can still be spread outdoors. Sarah Walton reports.
