Suga plans to declare state of emergency on Thursday: NHK

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga on Tuesday said he plans to declare a state of emergency for Tokyo and three neighboring prefectures on Thursday, reported NHK.

The state of emergency would be an attempt to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
