Oil exporters ease production cuts amid fears for second COVID-19 wave

Crude oil producers across the world are hoping prices recover after being hit by a double whammy: a price war followed by COVID-19.

And while they've been able to do something about the former with an agreed production cut that are ending, the latter is much harder to control, as countries around the world can testify.
